Return-It Express

All our locations offer drop-and-go product returns via the Return-It Express program run by Encorp.

The Return-It Express program is great for people with limited time, or those who don’t want to sort their own product, but still want a refund for their applicable recyclables.

The Return-It Express system is easy to use:

1. Sign up for your free Return-It Express account by visiting express.return-it.ca and registering for a new account.
2. With Return-It Express there’s no need to sort – simply place your empty beverage containers securely into see-through bag.
3. Visit any of our locations, locate the Return-It Express Kiosk, and use your registered phone number to print labels for your bags.
   There is a maximum of 12 glass bottles per bag to reduce breakage and injuries to staff.
4. Place your printed labels on your bags.
5. Place your bags into the Express drop off area at the depot and you are done!
6. We’ll sort and count your product, and Encorp will credit your refunds to your Return-It Express account.
7. You can visit express.return-it.ca to check the status of your account or to redeem your refunds by Interac e-transfer.
